    The Tunnel itself gives a lot of money, rare Yo-kai and expensive items. This, with 6 Smashibull souls, is the best exp grinding spot I've found so far, though.

    I'd say it's a decent spot, since she isn't a very difficult boss and you can basically just set up a team and leave 'em. I'd alsk grind up a few High Gnomey souls, though. They increase the amount of money given after battle.

    Rare Yo-kai appear after 8 to 9 k yards, so I think it's safe to farm there until you defeat Mallice.
