    use your strongest stat and your weakest stat as equitment you see if spirt was stronger and speed lower use a +speed -spirt Type of equipment.

    Jarack, that isn't even relevant to the question. Elisa, using your yo-kai often in battle or using exporbs to level them makes them loaf less. Basically just raising their level and using the serious life book.
