アプデで問題が起きました……

ハッピーホームデザイナーを連動しようとしましたが、『あの…セーブデーターがないです…』みたいな事をいってきて、ハピホを立ち上げ、セーブしましたが、それでも駄目です。何度もしましたが無理でした。これは不具合なのでしようか。教えてください
