とびだせどうぶつのもり

とびだせどうぶつのもりで更新1.4にしてホームに一回セーブするになってそれで、電源をきって、カードを入れなおしてくださいとなって、電源をけし、カセットをいれなおしましたが、また、同じことになったんですけど、どうしたらプレイできますか？
