Oh, how wrong you are (for once), Linkle. This is only possible by spamming the only move she has that is even remotely worth jitt. A character who must be raised to extreme levels and needs to spam a single move to accomplish anything is not even close to "strong".

    In what world? It sweeps across the battlefield, dealing what is considered decent damage for some as weak as her, and as long as you don't press the combo button again you land quickly. The other moves just plain...no. This is the only thing that gets you through the Agitha-restricted stages. Her other attacks are all too slow.

    She's not exactly easy to use, but she's far from being the worst character. Some tips: enemies can't hurt you when you're on the butterfly, spamming it is a good way to deal with multiple officers. Her tornado moves forward a good deal and, like with this attack you show, if you press strong again then you will follow with a quick butterfly. From there you can dive bomb into the enemies.

    If you use her first combo, the one where she releases small butterflies, then dodge out of it and use it again and repeat, you can juggle singular enemies to death. You can do the same with her second combo, the one with the beetle, but it's a bit harder. Her weak point attack is one of the best in the game, and you can initiate it when on the butterfly too.

    To break an enemy character weak point gauge, just use the first combo on them and then hit them with her weak attacks. Reserve her special attack for bosses (to use on their weak point gauge), or to get out of danger.

    About the butterfly, when on it you can press weak attack to use up to three attacks, they can easily break an officer's weak point gauge, and by pressing strong attack you will dive bomb into the enemies below, dealing good damage.
