    Its from the new update on acnl its the campground. First I found the magic lamp (anywhere behind a tree) and put it in my house then everyday he grants you wishes. Just say grant wish and get the NFC reader/writer and the amiibo on it and make sure its facing 3DS (or amiibo on screen for NEW 3DS then he well say 'wanna meet him later?' press yes and he'll be in ur campground :)
