チケットを、買うことが出来ないです。買えるようにしたいのですが。どうしたら良いでしょうか。

チケットってふるさとチケットでしょうか？それなら、自分のソパカを押してふくろうのマークを押して、ミッション(？)的なのがあるのでそれをクリアしたあとソパカを見てハンコが押されれば後は、役場に行ってふくろうの機械に行けばもらえます説明下手ですみません
