    1. Get a perfect town rating. 2. Go to Re-create the Town. 3. Do a bit more, and tom nook will be all like "Hmm, dats a mighty fine town u have dere, be bad if summn happened to it-" and bam, ur on a train to a new town. DO NOT RESET HERE. You'll lose all the bells. Once you've gone through everything, go to the abd. Bam. 18mil or sommin. You can also sell the catalog if you wanted, it's about 8mi
