Draw Hotaru! (My OC in the screenshot) Submissions in the comments! The contest is available in all art formats! Just give me credit! You may draw him in any style, but one thing, if both eyes are open, left eye is a socket! The eye is in the jar-necklace! And keep his hair over the left eye please. This contest will end 11/30/16 (Aka the 30th) Enjoy!
