途端に電源が切れます…何故か教えて下さい!!

ニンテンドー NFCリーダー/ライターの電源を入れろと書いてあるので電源を入れるのですが、通信し始めようとすると途端に電源が切れて全く通信できません。これが何故かわかる方いますか？わかる方教えてください。めっちゃ困ってます。
