    You can get them in fortune cookies or by using one of the new amiibo and talking to Wisp and getting the amiibo to go to the Campground. If you haven't got Wisp yet, go around town between 12:00am and 4:00am and when you find some one talking to you, walk in that area and he'll eventuall pop up.
