HELP does anyone have any tips on how to get a perfect town! I had it in my first town but i don't know how to get it . I have more than 110 trees more than 100 flowers and I have 11 public works projects help me please!

    i googled it and its true xD if you have pwp with bright lights/ screens like the video screen, the illuminated arch etc they can reduce citizen satisfaction, as well as the drilling rig, tire toy and garbage can
