amiiboに日本ばんとかヨーロッパばんとかありますか？あるなら、日本の3DSでもヨーロッパばんのamiiboは使えますか？

    海外のは存在してるのは確かです。 海外でamiiboが無かったらNew3DSのNFCリーダー/ライターの備え付けはぼったくりか…? そして、amiiboにはリージョンロックと言われる物はなく、いわばリージョンフリーとなっているので読み込みは出来ます。と言っても海外限定で販売しているamiiboは特に無いのでわざわざ輸送費をかけてまで海外から取り寄せる必要は無いと思いますよ。 まあ、カセットにはリージョンがついてるので、【基本的】には日本の3DSで海外版ソフトの起動は出来ませんがね。 一応、基本的というのは改造ツールを使えばまた別、という意味です。
