    ソパカ画面を開くと、ミッションみたいなやつがあるのでまずそれをクリアしてください。クリアした後にもう一度ソパカのミッションが書かれている画面を開くとはんこが押されます。そして写真の機械に話しかけるとふるさとチケットもらえますよー。 語力ないのでわかりにくかったらすみません…;;
