    Incase you were wondering, he won't take you to the island. I'm guessing other characters like Isabelle and Blathers won't allow you to perform their functions either, but i wonder about characters with smaller functions, like Celeste. Guess i'm scanning Celeste tomorrow.

    So... was it really good or really bad? You've left us hanging in suspense here. On a slightly different topic, I've been hearing that Animal Crossing: New Leaf has a Puzzle League mini-game in it now; is that true?     It was good because he didn't attempt to take me anywhere. It does indeed. You can play Puzzle League in ACNL by finding the New 3DS furniture item and using it. It's got a story mode, score attack, it's almost like an eShop game in and of itself. I thought of you when they announced it, i'm surprised you didn't know until now.

    Eguchi mentioned that he added it because he always really enjoyed playing Puzzle League with his sister, so don't worry, there's hope yet! I have seen, but i've not answered yet because i always seem to catch the comments at the wrong time... and i've been both busy and mostly without internet for the past few days.

    The amiibo functionality in ACPL is pretty awesome, i've only tried two though so far. I know that Celeste doubles your score for a short time and Kicks will wipe out the tallest column. I stuck with Kicks. Haven't tried Island Escape, if mostly because i've done it all already on amiibo Festival, easily best mode. I'll do it someday when i can be bothered enough to grab my AC cards again.

    I believe so. Some characters have special New 3DS cover plates designed around them. For example, Timmy will give a New 3DS with Timmy and Tommy cover plates, and Mabel will give two New 3DS, one with a Mabel plate and another with Sable, though characters like Kapp'n, Celeste and Rover give New 3DS with plain cover plates. You can also refurbish the plain New 3DS and the Wii U.
