    Well, you need to add people to your friend list in the 3ds. Pokemon allows you to trade with anyone and it automatically saves the person in your friend list...Well thats not the case here.

    You need to ask for people friend codes and tell them to add you as well... Sadly thats forbidden in miiverse.
