    他のことを押す→村を取り壊すを押す→しずえがなんちゃらかんちゃら言って「動物の森を続けますか？」と聞いてくる。→続けるを押す→たぬきち登場！→売る価値がでる。 分かりにくいけどごめんね！

    上記の方達が適当すぎるので。 作り直すを押す→それでも作り直すを選択(一定の条件を満たしてないとそのまま消える模様)→すぐに作り直すを選択→たぬきちが登場。ここで村の価値がわかる→売れよとどやしてくるのでちょっと待ってを選択(ここで間違えて売ってしまわないように) 補足：何らかの条件を満たしてないと価値が分からない場合もある(自分は一度消えたデータで再スタートして、村の価値を見ようとしたらたぬきちが姿すら見せずに消えた)ので、リスクが非常に高い。
