"Worst item in TP." Hah, and again, HAH! It's awesome where it should work and fails where it shouldn't. It's almost like you should probably use an item for what it's meant for. I find the Dominion Rod worse and I even like that. At least the Spinner can beat an enemy without area restrictions. Takes forever, but still.
