    I think you need to get some money first it come when you expand your Home but pay your loans first then go to Nooks home and go to Nook and Prees I want to expand my home. I chose the basement or if got one already expand it make too

    Full upgrade is not needed. Just pay any outstanding loan and he'll offer the extra storage via the usual menu that you go through when you modify/expand your house. It's not free though, you'll have to pay for it like any other mod to your house.

    i oaid my loan then went to him and asked for upgrade and all he said was your house would be good with a second floor? no other options cost me 298000 bells is this the extra storage soace or a normal house upgrade?

    I've started again on this game and I was wondering the same thing. I imagine it's either going to be once you have every room (not expanded) or after doing every upgrade to your house. I hope it's not the latter.

    You are offered it in those menus somewhere, I definitely was and I don't have all rooms and one of my rooms is not expanded. I remember I made the wrong choice in the menu and backed out. If you've now bought an extra room you'll have to pay it off too. Best way to get bells is
