    when you want the Special (KK, Isabelle etc.) at the camp place, then you need the real Amiibo (not the card). When the ghost appears choose 'play', then they are at the camp. When you have cards of normal villagers, then they will ask you if they should move to your town.

    certain Amiibos appear at the camp place and they ask you if they should move to your town. Wolf Link, Epona (from Sheik Amiibo), Ganon, some Inklings etc.
