    Umbreon yes, if you have the Wolf Link/ Link / Zelda amiibo you can use them to make Wisp look like Wolf Link and you can invite him to the campgrounds he'll be there on the same day you invited him. talk to him in the carvan , ask him to move in and he'll be moving in your town the next day =)
