Animal Crossing: New Leaf

I've just noticed that the game logo dropped the classic "Welcome to" part! Wonder if the whole series will be affected in the future, or they just did it to ACNL because "Welcome to Animal Crossing: New Leaf - Welcome amiibo" is a mouthful.
