    You have to unlock Rosalina or In the museum mode Select any character then Tap the Amiibo icon and Tap the Rosalina Amiibo it should give you an option to use Rosalina. I hope this helps. Please let me if you need help.

    oh I forgot. In orderto use Rosalina in the Toad mode. You have to have a Rosalina Amiibo select the Amiibo button then scan her Amiibo.

    You can change your menu's character in the Character Museum.
