Okay, but first lemme tell a bit about the Nure-onna.The Nure-onna is a creature from Japanese mythology that has the head of a woman and the body of a snake, she lives near shorelines, and will prey on unsuspecting mean who get to close to her. She'll also appear to have a bundle with a child in it,she'll get people to hold it for her, only to find that there's no child in it,and she'll attack them.

So here's the actual theory: Remember in the last chapter when you have to fight the Kaimas? Well, when you go help Ogama fight Unkaind, she refers to herself as snake, at first I thought she was saying to scare Ogama, but then I thought of the Nure-onna. Another thing that's interesting is, she refers Ogama as a toad, so that means she KNOWS that Ogama is a Toad. So what does that mean?

Do they have some kind of history together? So what makes Unkaind similar to the Nure-onna? Well, for starters, she's refering to herself as a snake, and the Nure-onna is a Human-faced snake, another similarity is that Unkaind has Snake-like patterns on her Kimono, and last, is that her Technique is Water Attribute, referencing how the Nure-onna lives near Shorelines.

Yes Unkaind is a snake(not literary) she even states how she likes to toy with her prey. I've seen pictures of Nure-onna before but they look nothing like Unkaind. I swear most of these yo-kai eat humans.

Level-5 may have taken inspiration from Nure-onna but didn't fully implement them on Unkaind unlike the classic Yo-kai.

BUT, what if she's like Ogama and Arachnus? Maybe she can disguise herself as a human like they can.
