    Use a seagull to hit a switch on a cliff nearby. Also, you'll need a firefly in a bottle to upgrade your Pictobox so it can take color pictographs. The firefly is in the Forest Haven, flying around some grass in a corner. Take it to the old man on Windfall Island who has a big picture gallery and he'll upgrade it for you.^_-
