*riru*さん»コメントありがとうございます！私もそれ、気になってました…。裏舞台の方は分かりませんが…理事長に関しては私的には、2つ説がありますね。 1つは、理事長は実在する人物で最低でも60歳以上で役者の卵を育てるのに老人(脇役?)は必要ないと思ったので人形を通す。もう1つは、理事長は実在の人物ではないということ。人形しか出てこないのなら、音声ソフトを使えば理事長という存在だけは残せるのかと。こんな感じですね。フォローしときますねー
