So I recently talked with Kumamon and the woman that talks for him and I asked how could I get to the place they are advertising, I think it was Kumamoto(forgot the name) and she told me it was in Japan, so I talked to her again and she said go in train , bus and plain with red words so I want to know if I can actually go there?Thanks

It's possible. I know that there's a quest in San Fantastico that when you complete, let's you access boat fishing or somethin' like that.
