    Hi let me tell you how to get up there, first you need to have the heros bow from the tower of gods second you need to find the wind gods brother than go into his cyclones the big ones and get out your bow and hit him 3 times hes floating in the sky then you learn a new wind waker song conjure it and select mother and childs isle to be teleported there! enjoy
