    Probably OoT. Their crouching on the ground amongst the ruins of Castle Town, along with their moaning, set the stage for many more terrifying ReDead incarnations to come.

    Wind Waker. At least in OOT they just sound like some crazy woman shrieking and in Twilight Princess they're just mummified knights. I don't know if Nintendo was actively trying to give me nightmares for a week with animated tiki dolls that sound like banshees, but if they were, mission accomplished.

    Call me a wimp, but Wind Waker. I can't stand them on how they come out of coffins unmoving then they jump on you like rabid panthers. I usually just throw bombs at them from far away.

    Have to go with OoT, probably because I was little, but leaving the Temple of Time as an adult into the ruined Castle Town with Redeads all over the place scared me. Probably a good thing I didn't play my first Resident Evil until I was a teenager lol ;)

    Oot's redead are kinda boring. They just do this weird "ooooooooh" sound while the Wind Waker redeads do this "AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!" sound which actually scared me a bit. I'll go Wind Waker.

    Oot was my first Zelda game, and when i was little the redeads scared me so much that i would turn off my GameCube if my dad wouldn't get me past them, but looking back on them now, they're not that scary. I find the ones in WW to be a bit creepier, but I think the redead/gibdo things in TP scare me the most. Idk if they are redead, but they are extremely creepy.
