If you want followers, you must earn them. Draw pictures, talk about your interest in games, be part of discussions, there are ways in which you can gain followers but you must respect them, their works, their opinions, etc. You do not gain them by begging for them to follow you. Just stay on the topic of the community you visit, have fun, be nice, and eventually people will warm up to you.

    I've been on here for over 3 years, and been relatively consistently active, but still only have just over 300 follows. I'd say artistic skill is what can really get followers, that and yeahing every post you see, and follow for follows. I personally find that like asking for follows, so I don't do that myself, but I don't think it's bad for other people to do it imo.

    I've only been on here for one year. Over the course of my 6 profiles (5 of wich are restricted forever) I've gotten ~250 followers. Not that this matters, just thought I should throw that out there.

    I make mistakes and so does everyone else. Miiverse would be boring if everyone here was like me. We all like different things and that's what makes these communities awesome. It's not the games that make the community, it's all of the people in the communities that make them awesome. This has nothing to do about me. This isn't MY community...This is OUR community.

    i guess you point out the problems in this community to much. people probably see you as the "ruler or queen” of this community, plus you're very popular. i think you'd post just zelda stuff, posting about community problems well just make you a main target for trolls.
