Those that preordered Sun and Moon in the Eshop, lets play the game all night long! Make sure to Skill Swap Insomnia with a Pokemon so you won't get drowsy

can you ev train/reset stats in hyper training

Yeahs1

You can SOS train to get double the EVs with wild Pokemon calling for help. Hyper Training boosts 1 IV to max with normal Bottle Caps and Golden Bottle Caps raise every IV to perfect. And you can't breed Hyper Trained Pokemon.
