ギアの選び方について

spIatoοnで、良いギアが欲しいのですが、ギアの選び方がまったく分かりません。自分的には、ギアの選び方によっても、勝敗が左右されると思います。ネットで調べると、出てくるものですか？色々教えて下さい！ちなみに、今回はカーボンと、カーボンデコの良いギアを教えて下さい。
