ギアがわかりません

今無印ダイナモを使ってるのですが、足のギアがわかりません。今の候補は、安全シューズとインク回復です。２つともブランドはジモンですのでインク効率をつけようと思います。安全シューズとインク回復どちらがいいと思いますか。
