You wanna know how low of a capture rate Tapu Lele has? It died using struggle 3 times in a row. Also, use normal Pokeballs. It usually wobbles at least twice, and it breaks out of Ultra Balls instantly.

    once, I kept on trying to catch a pokemon with an ultra ball and soon I ran out of ultra balls. then I threw a regular pokeball and it caught it instantly. this just tells you how worthless ultra balls really are.
