    The severity of miiverse penalies depends not solely on quantity of violations but also on the quality. If my assumption is correct that both awesomeguy profiles were made by the same user, it comes at no surpise that he gets more severe punishent. He apparently pretended a very serious incident and it wasn't obvious that it was just a scam.

    There was actually around 3 awsomguy profiles, one was deleted, that could be another reason why. Or He just got grounded.
