Imaki leaned against a nearby chair and smiled. "So… are you two planning a rebellion? …Maybe you're too scared to do that?" She glanced at Lilly from behind Renza and continued, "Now don't get me wrong, but I know you want freedom instead of going with the police", then back to Renza, "and you have a similar want… maybe for a different reason."

"I just want to go home, wherever that may be." He ran one hand through his hair and instinctively tugged a few strands down into sight, though he wasn't entirely sure why. "White as always," Renza muttered under his breath, but quickly caught himself. Was this a habit of his? Shaking his head and returning his right hand to his side, he looked to Imaki for answers. "Say, what year is it?"

"3016 (bc hoW UNORIGINAL AM I??)", Imaki simply answered. That was a strange question. Maybe this kid jumped into one of those timey-wimey traveling thingies. After all, they were invented about a good decade ago, or so.

Renza froze for a moment and blinked before taking a deep breath and giving a response. "...Right. Well, with all I've seen so far, I guess I shouldn't be surprised." He was still clueless as to how he'd gotten here or where he'd been beforehand, but at least he finally had a time period in mind.

Well, that was something to spark curiosity. "You two seem to have a couple of pretty interesting backstories. Mind sharing?" She hesitates for a bit. "I'm Imaki, by the way. Sorry for not mentioning sooner."

Lilly smiles stepping out from behind him, another...what did humans call it...friend. "I do not have much of one, I was made six month, 2 weeks, 3 days, 16 hours, 46 minutes and 52...53 seconds ago." she states "I...you see...well" she struggles how to explain" my coding is different" she says lamely

Smiling, Imaki examines the robot. "You must be pretty unique, then, huh? Speaking of which, your design is quite nice too - realistic, yet not too life-like, y'know. You could probably pass as a human girl... just with extra glow." She backs away, keeping personal space in mind. "Sorry about that. I shouldn't be standing too close, anyway. I have a reputation for ruining electronic devices."

He took a seat inside of the house, looking up to Imaki. "Sorry to disappoint, but the only memories I have on me are from this morning -- when I woke up here, that is." Renza was quick to correct himself as he recalled there was no sun to base day or night off of. Finally starting to relax, he shifted his focus to Lilly. "Different is right. Was that fear I saw back there earlier?"

She looks at Renza confused "I am sorry, I do not understand the question" she says in a slight monotoned voice, she calculated the meaning of fear "fear fɪə/Submit noun 1. an unpleasant emotion caused by the threat of danger, pain, or harm. verb 1. be afraid of (someone or something) as likely to be dangerous, painful, or harmful."

Imaki looked at Lilly once again, "Yeah, it was interesting to see a robot recognize their own emotions. Unless you were programmed to react specifically? You did seem a bit frightened as alarms went off."

"No, no, I mean that you showed emotion. Fear is an emotion that humans have." Renza scratched the back of his head while trying to give an explanation. Judging by her response, Lilly wasn't quite as advanced as he'd hoped, but it was still clearly a step in the right direction. "Maybe they'll get there by 4016," he nonverbally joked with himself.

Lilly falls silent, calculating what had happened with the sirens "If that is what you call 'fear', a pain in the chest then I...I think it was was" she stutters a little repeating, a small flashing sign of a battery with a line through it appear on her wrist, her face goes blank "Sleep mode activated" she mutters, her head goes limp, her eyes close but she remains standing

Noticing what had just happened, Imaki clears her throat, clearly hiding her concern. "Uh... do you know if she has to recharge, or something?" How the heck did she get from groceries to The Robot, the Amnesiac, and the Dork™? Oh, funny. The initials spell out "rad", which is the complete opposite.

"Probably, but I'm not sure how." Quickly rising from his seat, Renza waved a hand in front of her face to be sure she wasn't still conscious. No reaction. Sighing, he turned around once more to face Imaki. "You've been living here, haven't you? You should know more than I do by now."

(I was running low on posts, so I moved to my sister's alt. :v) Growing a little frustrated with the issue, Imaki said, throwing in nicknames, "Sorry, Ringabel, but her coding is 'different'; I wouldn't know. Have any clue as to who built her?"

Lilly stood there, in sleep mode, the battery flashing red on her wrist, her master only charged her at night when he was asleep, he wasn't there the night before so Lilly couldn't charge, not without his permission anyway

"How am I supposed to know? I barely know anything about myself." Sighing, he wrapped both hands around Lilly's right arm, trying to move her further away from the door & windows. "No big deal, though. There have to be multiple ways of charging in this age. We'll just have to do a little trial-and-error until we find out what works. Now, can you give me a hand here? We're still wanted, mind you."

"Yeah, sure thing, lemme just-" Imaki rushes to check the locks on the doors and to close every window. She walks back, grabbing Lilly's left arm, saying, "We move her to the kitchen. It's all cabinet, anyway. Not to mention, it's closer to the house's power supply."

Taking a deep breath, Renza nodded in response. "Got it. On three, we lift. One, two... three!" As you could probably guess from how pale he was, he wasn't the most physically fit, but with Imaki's help, he was able to lift Lilly up pretty easily. "Phew, there we go... Now, which door goes to the kitchen?"

Lilly, although technically asleep stayed recording what she could hear, a thing that was installed in her for emergency situations, but she only really used it so not to have a black hole in her memory when she woke up
