    yes you can rewind time by playing the song of time. after that either warp or ride epona to the lower portion of ikana bay and find the zora babies mom (i cant remember her name) play the song that the zora babies taught you (the new wave bossa nuva thingy) while wearing the zora transformation mask. this triggers a cutscene that leads to the next dungeon
