Just a quick question. If I accidently knock out a legendary and failed to catch them can I come back later and try again or do I need to save before hand and quite if they faint? Your help is appreciated.

    In most cases, beating Elite 4 one time should make legendaries reappear (unless you already caught them, of course). The only exceptions I know are Solgaleo/Lunala and all Ultra Beasts: fleeing or beating them won't make them disappear, since you must capture them.

    Yup. You can do that if you (accidentaly) KO your opponent of if you don't like its stats.
