wiiUと3DSの入手方法を教えてください！

アミーボを使ったり、フォーチュンクッキー(あってる？)とかで入手できると聞いたのですが、アミーボはカードしかもってなくて、クッキーだとゲームコインをためなきゃダメだし、当たる可能性が低いので、その他で入手できる方法を知っている人、教えてください！←フォローします！！
