My favorite costume for Zelda has to be this Marin-inspired design from the Koholint Map. I have a sneaking suspicion that Zelda will be a redhead in BotW, seeing as the game draws heavy inspiration from the NES title, including from the official art found in the game's manual. The art for both the first and second Zelda games portrayed Zelda as having red (though sometimes brunette) hair.

    I never enjoyed any of her color swaps as much as the preorder bonus (eventually separate dlc) costumes. The Ilia one too ... but that is a good one.

    I like her Hilda-inspired costume a lot! I also like the Argorok-inspired costume too for when I'm feeling sinister. I agree though, the four costumes that go above and beyond the basic palette-swap are excellent.

    The Hilda one would be my pick of the swaps. I guess they didn't imagine they'd be making an LBW dlc someday eh? I really feel like they could have done a legit Hilda costume for HWL the way they did an Ilia for TP. After the super sweet Ganondorf WW robes, we got none of those kinds of things for this game. Team Ninja chose to kind of phone it in, as I've lamented before.
