I want more costumes! How do I unlock them?

So I've completed every Drop but the last one. Back in about April I tried again to beat the final boss but I couldn't escape her grasp (How do I get out?) Anyway, how do I unlock everything else here? I've got cat ears and a tail for Miu, that's it.
