ガチマが本気で勝てません。

私は一週間前まではS帯にいました。そこではもうほぼ無双と言っていいほどキルをしていました。ですがある試合を境に一勝もできずA帯に落ちてしまいました。すぐS帯に帰ろうとしましたがそこから酷い目にあい、全く勝てず一時期はB帯まで落ちてしまいました。キルなども全くできず敵があっちに逃げたなと思ってそこに撃ってもいなく、結局芋っててデスになってしまっています。今では無双するのではなく無双されてます。本気で勝てませんこういう時はどうしたらいいのですか

    ネット環境は安定しています。動画は1080でもみれます。 私はダイナモを使っており戦局を変えるのが得意なんですが味方が気づいてなく、自陣でずっともぐってばかりです。
