In one of the Battle Tree prize shops, you can get Mega Stones, but it's missing some like the Mewtwonites and the Charizardites. Anyone know where all the other ones are?

    Yeah, no idea what they will do with them. Perhaps they will do something once pokemon bank adds support for this game. All of the unobtainable megastones are for pokemon that can't be obtained until bank is released, so there has to be some connection.
