    Oh! i get what your asking! level 4 weapons (or 4+ in this case) can get up to 750 damage if it has 5 stars and with legendary it adds 90 damage if the weapon has 5 stars (this applies to any level of weapon I just use level 4 since it has the most slots) and the rest are just really good skills.

    legendary's ko count needed to unlock is 25,000 (also you need to unlock all non–DLC weapons to unlock the ability to get the kills)

    master sword, if focusing on comanders (like say a playable character or something like a stalmaster) use weak attack weak attack strong attack (or yyx if using warriors controls) its a sword beam that is very powerful at max health. if focusing on big groups of enemies use strong attack dodge (holding dodge makes you run instantly) so good luck!
