Oh my glob, I just did an Island Scan on Poni Island and an Emboar showed up. I legit screamed when the silhouette appeared, I didn't know Emboar could be found in Sun and Moon without transferring.

    Yeah, certain non-native Pokémon show up during Island Scan, including fully evolved Unova starters and Johto starters.

    I knew that Johto starters were a thing because I raised a Cyndaquil found in Route 2, (Which is now a Typhlosion) but this took me by major surprise, because 1. I thought it was just the Johto starters and 2. Emboar is my favorite Pokemon.
