ビネガーって何？どうしたらもらえる？

初心者です...。今日暇だったので(毎日そうだがw)日時を変えてハーベストフェスしてるんですけどビネガーがないとダメなのですが住民に求めてる食材を渡してもオレンジしかくれず...。ビネガーがどんなのかと、どうしたら手に入るか、教えてくださったらうれしいです。
