    kukui has a favorite pokemon i guess so its kinda sweet. rockruff is pretty cute. but i like alolan vulpix even better

    It was supposed to be a joke about how the dialogue when you first approach Kukui's lab makes it sound like him and Rockruff were doing Tier 15. For anyone who doesn't know what Tier 15 means, you're probably too young to know.
