    In other words, Eskimo and Whistler created him so as to defeat Flare (because, at the time, she was useless to them), and therefore Gigabyte could take over as leader. Obviously, that failed, and they got punishment for it (Eskimo, Whistler, and Gigabyte.) I.E., tickling, a whole lot of it. :3
