住民の家の場所厳選.楽にできますか?

最近.ﾏｲﾃﾞｻﾞを敷いている所には住民は引っ越して来ないという事を聞いたのですが本当ですか？やった事がないのでやった事のある人.何か知っている人は教えてください。お願いしますm(_ _)m
