    Rockruff and it's evolution Lycanroc (Midday form). It's a bit out of the way to get early on, but it's a really good pokemon to have.

    I'd say you should get a ghost type for the first trial i think there is a grave yard before it so yeah that's all I got to say.

    Thanks for suggestions. I'll get rockruff, salandit, and a misdreavus(easier to find than gastly for some reason). Hopefully can find another mon that works with rest of team. Probably will get the mudhorse(can't remember name).

    If you want a fantastic tank fighter, evolve a Mudsdale as soon as you can. Once he learns "High Horsepower," he can take care of 90% of your fighting.

    @ mc cloud though high horse power is good, earthquake is a stronger option, unless you in a double in which highhorse power can be reliable
